It feels like it should.. An experience. It looses some authentic feel cause it's not filled with smoke like when I was a kid.

Nice tables, can choose Diamonds or Gold Crown 9 footers, some with tight pockets. Snooker table, couple of 7 footers, good coffee, and cheap rates.

All the tables are the best and in great condition....throwback to a real pool room. Would highly recommend to any serious pool player. Rates for play are very reasonable.
First of all, you can't really get food or booze, there's not really a place to just sit and chill without playing pool. And that is what makes it tremendous.
If you just want to play some pool without feeling like your in a DaveandBusters-knockoff bar, this place is a return to that old pool hall feel. The rates are some of the best per-hour of any pool hall in the metro-detroit area and the albeit limited snacks menu is cheaper than almost anywhere else.
My point is that at the Rack, it's all about playing the game. And their adherence to that simple principle makes it one of my favorite spots to play pool.
Great place to play pool. Several 9' diamond tables and a few 7' diamond tables. One 12' snooker table. Very good players there anytime.
